Waiting on Wednesday (17)

"Waiting On"  Wednesday is a weekly event, hosted by Jill at Breaking  the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we're eagerly anticipating.
This week I'm waiting on....

Bloodrose
by: Andrea Cremer

Here's the Goodreads blurb:
Calla has always welcomed war. But now that the final battle is upon her, there’s more at stake than fighting. There’s saving Ren, even if it incurs Shay’s wrath. There’s keeping Ansel safe, even if he’s been branded a traitor. There’s proving herself as the pack’s alpha, facing unnamable horrors, and ridding the world of the Keepers’ magic once and for all. And then there’s deciding what to do when the war ends. If Calla makes it out alive, that is.

Why I need to read this one:
While I typically use WoW to try and highlight unknown or little known books, I just had to devote on WoW to this amazing series. I'm sad to see it end, but I'm also crazy anxious to see how it all plays out. And hopefully this one has more Ren than the last - if the first chapter is any indication, I will be a HAPPY girl!
Bloodrose will be released by Philomel 1.3.2012

  5. I loved Nightshade!! Haven't gotten Wolfsbane yet (still hoping I can find one with the old cover, to match Nightshade), but if either are nearly as good as Nightshade I will be one happy lady!
